Familia y amigos

Talking to you guys yesterday was so so great! Oh my goodness talk
about bitter sweet haha HOW does 45 minutes go by sooo fast. It was so
good to talk but so hard to say goodbye. Gosh I just love you guys so
bad. I kept it together though haha I only cried for one lap around
the church and bam I was back haha I'm getting good at controlling my
emotions lol maybe not but its just cause I have too many emotions
inside haha

Everybody looked so good. I loved hearing your guys' voices. Gosh I
already miss you. Godspeed always<3

Sister N's new motto is go hard and see miracles. I'm all about her
new motto. Go hard in the paint amen

Yesterday we went out contacting in this really cool neighborhood.
It's a very poor neighborhood but has so much spunk about it. We ran
into these two middle age black men and they were so cool. One of them
looked exactly like the dad in Princess and the Frog. It was like we
were on a scene of that movie. They were singing and dancing and we
were just soaking it in haha They invited us to join their little cook
out. They are from the south and so kind. They kept on saying oh yes
mamm oh yes mamm ohh yesss mammm.

Before you know it we were talking about God eating homemade fried
chicken and listening to some SOUL gospel music. Just two old guys
from the south and two Mormon missionaries munching on chicken and
talking about God. Talk about the life.

It makes me chuckle to think about my life now because if you know me
I'm like stranger danger to a new level. I mean my top fears are
murderers and kidnappers. Yet out here I am stopping to talk to
everyone. We go into random peoples houses. Whatttt I'm eating chicken
from strangers but hey whatever

We went to go see one of our investigators reina. When we got their
she had a bag of things she wanted to give us with a letter. she
doesn't have very much at all, so those gifts meant so much to us as
she we knew how much she was truly giving. There was a card inside and
it said "thanks for helping me find God again. You are family to me"
that's what happens on a mission, everyone becomes your family. It's
the best thing ever. I swear my heart has gotten so much bigger since
beginning on a mission. Too many people to love.

I don't have a ton to say this week but I want to let you guys know
that I meant what I said on skype. I am so happy. Missionary work is
truly the best thing. It changes lives. I can't believe how much I
have changed since a year ago. A

I love you guys. Thank you guys for helping me get here for allowing
me to realize what was important. It's because of you all that I get
to feel this light. This gospel is true.

Spencer: you are so tall buddy! I know you love me you just don't want
to say it :) you LOOK so tall. I hear you are eating like a machine.
You are probably taller than me omg when did you get so big. ALSO are
you ever going to write me

Tate: you are going to rock AP Chem and even if it rocks you it's okay
haha chemistry has a way of ruining lives haha

Coulson: I'm so excited for you. You are going to be the best
missionary.i can't believe you graduate so soon. Mom and dad are old
hahaha

Chase and Mallory: you guys made me cry so hard. You guys pull on my
heart. I love you. I'm so excited for your track meet in Fresno. Rock
em dude. Number one. Mallory you sound just as cute over the phone as
you are in person.

Mom: I love you. And I miss you. I'm so sorry I said so much hahahaha
but hey at least now you know that I don't have secrets

Dad: thanks for laughing at all my stories. You make me feel good
